If you are within 30 minutes of the Highfields/Toowoomba area, Darren will come and have a look at your space, discuss the possibilities of the design and give you a ball park price guide.
If you're further away than that, we'll ask you to email some photo's of your space and we will chat over the phone about design and price. Then Darren will send you quick sketch of possible design/s.
Once you are happy with concept and ballpark price, it's time to get down to business. Darren will visit and undertake an in-depth site assessment and consultation, after which he will commence your individually detailed design and quote. This process is not free as many hours are invested resulting in a one of a kind design. Once you proceed with the build, your design and consultation fee will be deducted from your total build price. Your quote will include the scope of work and payment schedules.
Upon your acceptance of our quote, it's time to lock in your project by paying your first scheduled fee. We then lock in your build dates* in our calendar.

Building work commences. Darren will have discussed with you the build duration and what to expect on your property throughout the build. Progress payments are made during the process.
Works are completed and you have your new ecosystem. The team will run you through the workings of your system including automated lighting and immediate requirements. Darren will arrange a time to return after you've been enjoying your waterscape for 2 weeks, and go over any questions you might have as well as cover seasonal maintenance requirements.
